Q. How do I know which supplier to choose, they vary in price so much?

A. I cannot stress this enough. Get at least three quotes for each type of supplier unless recommended by a friend. If you feel comfortable with somebody it is a good sign, if they offer ideas bear them in mind. I have been organising weddings for many years now and tend to go back to the tried and tested people, as I know they will do a good job. Having said that I do get in touch with new business' on the scene to add something fresh and new to my list. This is where coordinators are a GodSend. Don't choose a supplier because you don't have the time to check out another one.
