Talk About It - Friends can provide with support and guidance to help reduce stress and enhance well-being

Diet - Maintain a healthy, balanced diet rich in fruit and vegetables for optimum nutritional status

Laugh - Laughter may boost the immune system and lower stress levels

Adopt a 'Stress-Friendly' Coping Style - You may need to learn to have a problem-solving attitude when it comes to stress. Tell yourself, 'I can handle this'

Seek Help - Some stressors (for example: domestic violence, unsafe work or home environment) do not have easy solutions. If the above measures are not helping, or if the severity of the stressor is extreme, or if you are affected by severe anxiety or depression, then you must talk to your doctor
